Fledgling Lite Self Service

Offering a Trusted Adviser service provide mobile and desktop accounting/VAT/payroll software, processes and year end tax

  • Basic Invoice and quote template set up Migration of prior year balance sheet and Bank Feed set up included

  • Payment collection services set up (Stripe and GoCardless)

  • Process notes and initial training on software use.

  • Xero Starter Business Edition Sofware (note 1),

  • Hubdoc purchase invoice reader app 

  • Xero Payroll software (note 2)

  • Annual accounts and business tax preparation 

  • For companies annual accounts and corp tax submissions to Companies House and HMRC

  • For sole traders personal tax return submission (additional fees may arise for other income sources)

  • For partnerships, partnership return submission.

£65/month based on 12 months support with transaction limit (£80 without transaction limit)

Fledgling Lite Compliance

Offering a Trusted Adviser service provide mobile and desktop accounting/VAT/payroll software, processes together VAT, Payroll and  year end tax compliance

  • As per Fledgling Lite Self Service plus

  • Payroll monthly and annual compliance submissions for 2 employees. (note 3)

  • Quarterly VAT submissions

  • Annual accounts and business tax preparation

  • One Directors Personal Tax Return (additional fees may arise for other income sources).

from £125/month based on 12 months support with transaction limit (£140/month without transaction limit and £10/pay period extra for every additional employee)

Fledgling Lite Fully Serviced

Fledgling service with bookkeeping

  • As per Fledgling Lite Compliance plus

  • bookkeeping blocks available in 50 transaction credit batches at £75 per month (minimum 1 block per month, no roll over of credits).

  • Transaction credits are used as follows 

    • Sales invoice = 2 transaction credits​

    • Purchase invoice = 2 transaction credits

    • Bank Transactions = 1 transaction credit.

from £200/month based on 12 months support with transaction limit (£215/month without transaction limit and £10/pay period extra for every additional employee)

NOTE 1:  Xero Starter Business Edition is limited to 5 sales invoices, 5 Purchase Bills and 20 bank transactions. Removing this limit requires a software licence upgrade to Xero Standard Business Edition, which will cost a further £15/month.

NOTE 2:  Xero Payroll software allows for 5 employees to be processed. Additional employees result in a small additional software charge of £1/month per additional employee.

NOTE 3:  All charges are stated exclusive of VAT. Spur Support Services is currently not VAT registered, but reserves the right to add VAT to the invoices if this VAT status changes in future.
