Annual Compliance Only

Offering a Trusted Adviser service provide year end accounts and tax computations and file with the relevant bodies, from completed accounting books.

Price includes tax efficiency and compliance review of the accounts, final adjustments and feedback on tax and process improvements for the coming year based on those documents.

  • Annual accounts and business tax preparation

Xero users:  £750 per accounting period/year

Non-Xero users: £997 per accounting period/year

The prices above assumes that the business owner is responsible for preparing his accounting records, categorising the costs and maintaining a bank reconciliation.

Ongoing Compliance Support

Offering a Trusted Adviser service provide Xero mobile and desktop accounting/VAT/payroll software, processes together VAT, Payroll and  year end tax compliance

  • Payroll monthly and annual compliance submissions for 2 employees. (note 3)

  • Quarterly VAT submissions

  • Annual accounts and business tax preparation

  • One Directors Personal Tax Return (additional fees may arise for other income sources).

  • Xero Software 

  • Optional additional advice calls at £99 each

Prices are tailored based on service expectations, but as an indication

from £145/month based on 12 months support with transaction limited Xero  (£165/month without Xero transaction limit or with foreign currency transactions and £10/pay period extra for every additional employee)

Fully Serviced Support

Full accounting advice and bookkeeping support

  • As per Ongoing Compliance plus

  • bookkeeping dependent on transaction volume

  • Optional Cashflow, Management Accounts and Performance review support available

Prices are tailored based on service expectations, but as an indication prices from £200/month based on 12 months support with transaction limit (£215/month without transaction limit and £10/pay period extra for every additional employee)

NOTE 1:  Xero Starter Business Edition is limited to 5 sales invoices, 5 Purchase Bills and 20 bank transactions. Removing this limit requires a software licence upgrade to Xero Standard Business Edition, which will cost a further £15/month.

NOTE 2:  Xero Payroll software allows for 5 employees to be processed. Additional employees result in a small additional software charge of £1/month per additional employee.

NOTE 3:  All charges are stated exclusive of VAT. Spur Support Services is currently not VAT registered, but reserves the right to add VAT to the invoices if this VAT status changes in future.
